GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
§ 1 Scope, Customer Information The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Christian Sempert and consumers who purchase goods through our shop Wehrmacht1945.de. The contractual language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a binding offer to purchase goods.
(2) You can place one or more products in your shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your data and preferences regarding payment methods, delivery terms, etc. You only accept the offer to conclude a purchase contract by clicking the order button.
§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of the Contract Text Your order, along with details of the concluded contract (e.g., type of product, price, etc.), will be stored by us. We will send you the GTC, but you can also access them at any time after the contract has been concluded via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer login area (My Orders).
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by pressing the delete key. We will inform you about further correction options as you go through the ordering process. You can also terminate the ordering process completely at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Statutory Warranty Rights Our goods are subject to statutory warranty rights.
§ 6 Limitation of Liability We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided that these do not concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, guarantees, or claims under the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG). The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the item to you and to transfer ownership of it to you. Furthermore, we are obligated to provide you with the item free of any material and legal defects.
§ 7 Information on Battery Disposal Since our deliveries may contain rechargeable batteries, we are obligated by the German Battery Act (BattG) to inform you of the following: Batteries may not be disposed of with household waste; you are legally obligated to return used batteries. Used batteries may contain harmful substances that, if not properly stored or disposed of, can harm health or the environment. However, batteries also contain important raw materials and can be recycled. You can either return the batteries to us after use or return them to a nearby retailer or our shipping warehouse (Christian Sempert, Carl-Struck-Str. 15, 17192 Waren Müritz).
§ 8 Proof of Age All items marked with "+18" in the text (for example, knives, bayonets, etc.) may only be sold to persons over 18 years of age. The buyer must provide proof of age (+18) immediately after placing the order so that the order can be processed. Please provide proof of age in the form of a copy of an official document (e.g., ID card) by email to info@wehrmacht1945.de and confirm it with your legally binding signature.
